New management/owners/board members pushed anybody out. They are now trying to make money using a brand/proper noun that was build with bully values and a keen reputation and run it into the footing. Dealer partners exercise not trust GWC and are looking elsewhere for coverage for their customers. Employees are now treated like numbers, not people. They do Not stand upwardly to their values. Do Not drink the Kool-Aid. Communication both inside and out is horrible. Pay structures alter constantly. Employees are non treated fairly, your vocalism will non exist heard like it once was. Health benefits are not great, high deductible plans.
